Platte County Court houseTNY98It is no surprise why people instantly take to Kathy Dusenbery. This is a remarkable and extraordinary public service worker, politician, citizen, faithful wife and caring mother. Any one who knows her can count on her reliability and dedication to her mission in public services.
Whatever she does she carries out with one hundred percent dedication to the project. When she was co-owner for The Southern Platte Press she did with a passion previously unseen in the business. When she co-write A Kid’s Guide to Kansas City she did it with a joy and happiness and natural inquisitiveness rarely found in grown up people, especially in people who were to become prominent politicians in the area.

Kathy Dusenbery’s years as mayor are tell-tale of her commitment to the people of the town and the surrounding territories. She has always been eager to help those in need and trouble and her wish was always to dedicate herself to making this corner of the world a little better every day. Supporters like myself, have always admired her stamina and desire to work extra hours without demanding much in return. If we have more public servants like Kathy Dusenbery this country will be in a better place very soon.

Win elections at the expense of others’ reputation? No way!

December 21st, 2009

Business Cards Mangets AThere are things in our life that we do not like to do and we find any reason to leave the unpleasant work behind and start doing anything else. At the same time this kind of work you hate doesn’t disappear and ultimately you have to do it. Kathy Dusenbery always says that there aren’t things that are impracticable – you just need to find people who are experts in this area and give this bunch of work to them. You should pay them as well. And when you need to deal with political games and intrigue you should keep in mind that to achieve success the majority of your competitors will definitely use any methods to come up with outstanding ideas and brilliant election-programs at the expense of throwing mud at your reputation. This has always been and would never end. But is there any other way to make yourself popular among people whose votes still count and necessary to you to win the elections? Sure! Thousand of ways to become a populat candidate without ruining the reputation of your rivals. For instance, you need to start a promo campaign and give everyone custom magnets - small promotional items with a logo of your campaign. This is useful and will always be in front of the eyes if people stick them to their refrigerators.

About lawyers

December 10th, 2009

As a perfect politician, Kathy Dusenbery believes that people have too many prejudices concerning lawyers. It happens very often that folks have an opinion as if lawyers do nothing except sitting in the office and putting papers from one place to another. But when it comes to all sorts of problems connected with law their point of view changes greately.

It is necessary to understand that lawyers are expensive, but if each of us compares the cost of fines and the amount of money we will have to pay in court, we will see that it is not really a lot. We all want to get paid for what we do and Kathy Dusenbery wants to create favourable conditions for all of us. And lawyers are not an exception.

lawyerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

If we take injury lawyer minneapolis we will see that they are of great help for people who got in trouble. Very often it happens that those who are guilty are more powerful than you are. In terms of friends who are in government. That is why it is necessary to talk to a lawyer immediately after anything has happened. It is even better if you consult a lawyer on each issue. And trust, it is worth that money you will pay.

Stay out of debt

bankruptcy

Last time we talked how Kathy Dusenbery is trying to stimulate business to regulate itself by educating its staff to increase sales, cut spending and save more money for the more stable future. Today let’s talk about Mrs. Dusenbery views on bankruptcy and her suggestions out of that difficult situation.

Bankruptcy is the curse of our times. Before the economic depression hit the news we were sure we were the only ones with bad credit on our conscience. It looks, however, that everyone is suffering from this problem, from an important bank to an odd celebrity. When finding oneself in this situation of bankruptcy there is no need to panic and feel dismayed. Kathy Dusenbery in general would advise to deal with monetary matters wisely but if one is already in trouble the necessary steps out of it should be taken. First of all getting professional bankruptcy help is a good idea. Then changing the whole outlook on money and how it should be spent should be number one priority for everyone involved.

Mrs. Dusenbery has been practicing drawing budgets at home with her kids and teaching them financial wisdom much earlier that they could get hold of a credit card. That’s a good way to promote healthy financial habits and stay out of debt.

Employment and Lawyers

EmploymentSmall

A lot has already been said and will be written about Kathy Dusenbery ideas concerning different social issues. In this article we will concentrate on employment problems and see the solution.

In Canada people face the same problems as in the US. We have a lot of problems with our employers and the global financial crisis makes the situation even worse. Dusenbery believes that employers are of great assistance for people who face experience troubles. If we take Toronto employment lawyer or one in the US we will see that there is one common feature: most people believe that they need to see lawyers and ask for help only after they have experienced bad treatment. But a lot of problems can be avoided by consulting a professional on time.

We all can afford lawyers. If you have financial problems, banking system will find the solution for you or your losses might be greater. People should know their rights. There are numerous educational problems that are aimed at providing people with the most up-to-date information. We should not be afraid of lawyers. Yes, their prices are high, but they do help us.

Money issue

moneyissue

The title of this article explains everything. During these tough times for millions of people all over the world the problem of making money is more than topical. Starting from 1996 world economies achieved their flourishing. A lot of people became middle class and could afford going on vacations, buying new cars, expensive clothes, etc.

Today the situation has changed greatly. A lot of folks can nothing but apply for and get a loan. has a very clear position on this matter. She believes that current stagnation was caused deliberately by guys who make profit on it. There was nothing that could give rise to the crisis. It happened occasionally when nobody expected. Country is in trouble and we have to do something with it.

We have set our hopes in Barack Obama and do trust him. Of course, there might be some mistakes but it looks like he is honest with us. But there are also people who think differently. Dusenbery believes that it is possible for all the people to be debt free. And she suggests a lot of the ideas about how to reach this goal.

Be good politician

August 23rd, 2009

politicalpromotion

The image of politician is getting worse. People don’t trust those who they choose. They believe that nothing will ever change and become very pessimistic against people at charge. Our primary goal is to make people see that changes happen and if they don’t notice anything, it doesn’t mean that politicians, commissioners, law makers, etc. are not working.

Authorities have to promote themselves. They spend a lot of money to get the desirable position but after they have reached it, they simply stop thinking about their image and attitude towards them. You should constantly be aware of the fact that people are important, especially in our society. They will never put up with not honest personalities. If you want to show your respect, use gifts. Make sure to think carefully and to choose wisely. We don’t want to have cheap things. They can cost not much but should definitely look expensive. If you don’t like the idea of buying promo products such as toys, bags, calendars, mugs, etc., try social networks.

Be online and let people talk to you. You can discuss their problems and listen to their desires. Don’t be too far from them and make sure to answer every inquiry. In this case you will be respected and admired by people.

Sales Training copia

Welcome again to the blog dedicated to Kathy Dusenbery. Today we will talk about improvements in business she is trying to endorse in the area.

With the advance of the economic crisis it is important for all businesses to adjust their manner of working with clients and business partners. That is why Kathy Dusenbery has been supporting a public sales training course that is available for all people in the areas of sales and business in general. Mrs. Dusenbury proposes effective saving techniques for all sectors, both private and public, in order to maintain more funds on important issues such as education and health. That’s why a good sales training course is ideal for everyone in the private sector because it teaches businessmen to save money and increase profits even when the budgets are tight. While at the course one can explore the latest news in the sales industry, learn to analyze one’s faults and get valuable tips to increase sales. Whether a big business or a small firm, whether in sales for a few weeks or a few decades, these courses will be helpful for anyone working in the area. And they will help make the area more stable financially, just like Kathy Dusenbery proposes.

Immigrants?

June 22nd, 2008

illegal_aliens

Kathy believes that all people are equal. Thus, she expresses agreement with the policy of treatment of illegal aliens. Those who don’t pay taxes can’t be trusted and shouldn’t deprive citizens of employment opportunities. Yes, such workforce is cheaper, but the country is for people who were born here and they should not suffer.

At the same time, the idea of student exchange, au-pair and many other programs is a good one. It helps to make people aware of the US, it makes them change their attitude towards this country. What is more, Americans get acquainted with people representing different nations, countries and religions. It does broaden horizons.

As you can see, Kathy Dusenbery is a woman of great character and she has got her own philosophy. Immigrants are not always bad and all of us should understand it. Americans should help those who come to this country legally and support them. Our nation is friendly, so let us prove it. You will do good not only for those who come to visit us, but for our nation as a whole!
